We are newbies and nervous about our new Caravan Life until our first call to ChrisJonesLeisureltd. I had spoken to several companies, retailers and outlets across the UK and each time I came away feeling anxious and swamped in details in relation to all aspects of purchasing and owning a Caravan, Until I picked up the phone and called Chris Jones Leisure. A family run company and I do mean family run! What was incredible was my first call was answered by Mr Chris Jones where I felt very much at ease, I was then transferred to Mr Lewis Jones (Son) and he was absolutely incredible, understanding, supportive and friendly in every way possible. Inevitably we placed a deposit and called to collect our new purchase where upon we were met with friendly family faces and of course the family dog! To our surprise the team had already set up our Van on their own camping facility allowing us the ability to stay overnight and test all functions of the Van which was incredible. Yes, We had 100+ Questions which were answered with a smile, Chris Jones' entire support team was at hand in any queries, questions and newbie challenges that we faced (Sorry Lewis). Result is that we are now the proud owners of a Beautifully Cared for Van but more importantly is that our experience with #ChrisJonesLeisureltd was absolutely flawless, nothing but support, understanding, friendliness and kindness which meant everything and made our purchase very special and an incredible experience.
